SALES EXECUTIVE

Work together with our Sales team to manage customer relations and upsell customers by being reactive to solve problems as well as contacting them with surveys and special offers. Build new relationships as you expand your own network together with our company.

Minimum SPM or equivalent with sales and marketing experience with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, etc..
Proficient in using the computer to complete various tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Engilsh, Malay and Mandarin.

Eagerness to work with different teams to complete tasks and solve problems.
Generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ensure client satisfaction by solving their complaints respectfully and efficiently as well as answering any of their inquiries.
Maintaining client records to prepare weekly or monthly reports and to collect deposits and balance of payments from clients.
Understanding company programs to promote and give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
